Terms And Conditions

Please read through our terms and conditions carefully.

To ensure that we continue to deliver high quality tutoring services, we require commitment from our parents.

A lot of planning goes in before and after classes to ensure that your child’s learning needs are being met.

This is done by creating resources and learning tasks, preparing classwork, assigning homework, making corrections, and providing feedback.

Each child is unique and for some, learning may be a longer process.

As such, we recommend that students stay consistent with their termly tutoring sessions.

By proceeding with enrolment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • Our sessions and classes are in high demand, and we currently have students on a waiting list. As such, termly fees need to be pre-purchased to secure your child’s spot.
  • An annual enrolment pack is mandatory and must be paid upfront. Learning pack includes level specific resources required for class and home use.
  • If your child cannot attend a session, 24 hours notice needs to be provided. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, you will be charged and a lesson will be deducted.
  • If 24 hours notice is provided, a make-up session will be scheduled for your child. Up to two make-up sessions can be claimed per term.
  • If your child is unwell on the day, you need to provide us with no less than 6 hours notice. If 6 hours notice is provided due to being unwell, a make up session session will be scheduled. If you fail to provide us with enough notice, 50% of the session will be deducted.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as it is possible to do so.
  • Purchased classes/sessions are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-deductible.

To ensure that our sessions run smoothly, please ensure that your child is dropped off on time and picked up on time.

Please inform us beforehand, if another family member will be picking your child up.

Throughout the term, you will be provided with progress updates on your child.

If you would like to discuss the progress of your child in detail, please request a short meeting us.

The safety of our students is a high priority. We will ensure that safe practices and measures are in place at all times.

In the unlikely event of an accident, we will not be liable for damages to them personally, or their possessions.
